At Orthopaedic Center of South Florida, we prioritize transparency and patient choice. Our self pay bundled pricing is an elective program that is distinct from our standard chargemaster rates and designed for patients who wish to pay directly and in advance for their care.

These bundled rates are available only to those who elect to prepay and are not part of our chargemaster. By prepaying, self pay patients can take advantage of Florida’s prompt pay discount, consistent with the provisions of Florida law governing prompt payment of medical services.¹

These bundled packages are tailored for individuals with high deductible insurance plans, out of network benefits, those without insurance, health sharing ministry participants, and self insured employers managing out of pocket expenses. They reflect a fair, predictable, and transparent option grounded in both operational efficiency and statutory compliance.

If you have insurance or belong to a health care sharing ministry and choose one of our self pay bundled packages, you are choosing to waive your right to submit these services for insurance reimbursement. Orthopaedic Center of South Florida does not provide itemized charges for self pay bundles, since they are offered exclusively under this prepay prompt pay bundled model.
